Summer means the opportunity to travel and explore with family, friends or even solo! It’s a time to explore, adventure and especially to try new things. It’s also important to truly take the time to relax and unwind on your vacation. While it’s tempting to fill every moment with an activity or sightseeing, vacations can leave you drained if you don’t allocate time to rest and unplug. Restorative time looks different for everyone, whether it’s sleeping in, reading, taking a bath or exercising outdoors. No matter where your travels take you, allow time to check-in with yourself and enjoy a well-deserved self-care experience.

In addition to their own family-made coconut wax candles, they carry a variety of unique goods from other artists, handmakers, and small businesses. LSC’s vision is to create a space where you can know you are shopping and supporting “small” on every level. Everything they offer, from vegan small batch skincare products (like Latika!), artist-made stickers and stationary, woman-owned jewelry companies, eco friendly housewares, natural cleaning supplies, essential oils, and even organic teas, coffee, treats, and specialty foods are all made by small businesses.
LSC also donates 1$ from every candle sold to the International Justice Mission to help support the battle against sex-trafficking. We love seeing a small business that finds creative ways to give back to important causes.
