Although they will seem to be things we just do and not think about- I claim that they aren’t.

Self care needs to be a priority in order to be effective.

The fact that you put yourself first means a lot- It means you are actively caring for your own well-being and mental health. It is the beginning of the journey and must not be overlooked.
